How long will it take to ship?

For our wooden frames, it takes 3-5 business days before they are dropped off with the carrier. After that it is typically 4-6 days before they arrive. Domestic shipping is free and we use FedEx.

 

What TV models do you recommend?

I've found the Insignia (Best Buy's house brand) models are the best value for this use. Specifically the 43" F30 Series.

 

How do I know if my TV will fit?

The height/width of each TV will vary slightly, mostly due to the bezel being different on each model. All of our cases are built to the dimensions of your TV! Any model can be used as as long as it is below 3.1" in depth.

 

How do I put it together?

Please see the installation instructions link. It should only take a few minutes and no tools are required. But feel free to reach out if you have issues at all!

 

Is there any ventilation?

The back is entirely open and the case is raised half an inch. This provides adequate airflow. Modern TV's do not put out much heat.

 

Does it come with handles?

No, even better we offer a custom made traveling bag at a very low price. Much better than handles :)
